Global Radio is a directory of publicly available radio stream URLs. We host no audio content — every stream is delivered directly by the radio station or its CDN. We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

1. Our role

We index stream URLs that are publicly listed in community databases and public playlists. We do not host, record, cache, or retransmit any audio. If you are a rights holder (a station, a broadcaster, or their agent) and you have a concern about your content appearing in this directory, we will act on it quickly — see the process below.

2. Filing a takedown notice

Please send the following to globalradiohq@gmail.com:

• Identification of the work or right you claim is infringed (station name, brand, stream URL)
• The exact listing on our site: the page URL (e.g. /country/DE.html) and the station name as displayed
• Your contact information (name, email, phone, postal address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. What we will do

• Acknowledge your notice within 48 hours
• Remove the listed entry within 3 business days of receiving a complete and valid notice
• Confirm the removal to you by email

4. Counter-notification

If a station owner believes an entry was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including: identification of the removed entry, contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction. We will review counter-notices on their merits.

5. Repeat concerns

Removed entries are kept on an internal exclusion list and are not re-added in future directory updates.
